Termini di Servizio di Bookflow

Ultimo aggiornamento: 24 ottobre 2026 · In vigore dal: 30 ottobre 2026

Contatti: info@bookflow.it.

3. Chi può registrarsi

Possono registrarsi:

  • studenti delle scuole secondarie e delle università che abbiano compiuto almeno 14 anni;

4. Costi

Oggi l'uso di Bookflow è gratuito. In futuro Bookflow potrà introdurre funzionalità o servizi a pagamento: li comunicheremo in anticipo e nessun importo ti sarà mai addebitato senza la tua accettazione esplicita.

5. Le tue responsabilità

Usando Bookflow ti impegni a:

  • pubblicare annunci veritieri sullo stato, l'edizione e il prezzo dei libri;
  • rispettare gli accordi presi con gli altri utenti;
  • non pubblicare contenuti falsi, offensivi, illegali o fuorvianti;
  • non usare il Servizio per attività fraudolente, per inviare messaggi indesiderati o per raccogliere i dati di altri utenti;

In particolare:

  • non garantisce la qualità, lo stato o la corrispondenza dei libri descritti negli annunci;
  • le transazioni avvengono direttamente tra gli utenti, di norma incontrandosi di persona;
  • oggi Bookflow non gestisce pagamenti tra utenti e non è responsabile di eventuali controversie tra loro;

  • danni derivanti dall'uso della piattaforma o da comportamenti di altri utenti o di partner;
  • perdita di dati o interruzioni del servizio;

10. Modifiche al Servizio e ai Termini

Possiamo modificare questi Termini.

Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'app o scrivendo a info@bookflow.it.

12. Legge applicabile e foro competente

Bookflow Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance of the Terms

Bookflow ("Bookflow", "we") is a platform run, pending the establishment of a legal entity, by Manuel Terranova, Valerio Mannone, Giacomo Pirrone and Giulio Cabibbo. Contact: info@bookflow.it.

By creating an account or using the Bookflow app and website (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept them, you cannot use the Service. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Bookflow allows students and families to publish listings to sell, buy and exchange used school and university books and, where available, study notes. Bookflow acts exclusively as a technology intermediary: it puts users in touch and is not a party to transactions between them.

3. Who can register

The following can register:

  • students of secondary schools and universities who are at least 14 years old;
  • parents or legal guardians, to manage the books of their children or of those under their guardianship, of any age.

If you are between 14 and 18, you can use Bookflow with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the sale agreements you make with other users.

You undertake to provide true and up-to-date data and to keep your credentials safe. Bookflow may suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. Costs

Today, using Bookflow is free. In the future Bookflow may introduce paid features or services: we will tell you in advance and no amount will ever be charged to you without your explicit acceptance.

5. Your responsibilities

By using Bookflow you undertake to:

  • publish truthful listings about the condition, edition and price of books;
  • honour the agreements made with other users;
  • not publish false, offensive, illegal or misleading content;
  • not use the Service for fraudulent activities, to send unwanted messages or to collect other users' data;
  • upload as notes only your own material, without reproducing works protected by copyright (for example books, handouts or slides by others) without permission.

6. Transactions between users

Bookflow facilitates contact between those who sell and those who buy, but is not a party to the transactions. In particular:

  • it does not guarantee the quality, condition or accuracy of the books described in listings;
  • transactions take place directly between users, usually by meeting in person;
  • today Bookflow does not handle payments between users and is not responsible for any disputes between them;
  • in case of disputes you can contact us: we will do our best to help you, but we have no obligation to resolve them.

7. Published content

By publishing listings, photos, notes or messages you warrant that you have the right to do so and grant Bookflow a non-exclusive, free licence to show them to other users within the Service and in the showcases of selected partners, which always link back to Bookflow to contact the seller. Bookflow may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

8. Partner content and offers

Bookflow may show in the app, and send by email to those who have given consent, content and offers from selected partners, for example guidance services, study abroad or student discounts. This content is always labelled as such (for example "In collaboration with" or "Partner") and Bookflow may receive a fee from the partner.

If you choose to use a partner's service, the relationship is established directly between you and the partner, on its terms: Bookflow is not a party to it and is not responsible for the partner's performance. Bookflow does not disclose your data to partners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bookflow is not responsible for:

  • damage arising from the use of the platform or from the behaviour of other users or partners;
  • loss of data or service interruptions;
  • quality or condition of the books and materials exchanged.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by the Consumer Code, nor liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes to the Service and the Terms

We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email with reasonable notice before they take effect. If you do not accept them you can delete your account at any time; if you keep using the Service after they take effect, the changes are deemed accepted. This rule does not apply to consents, which always require an explicit action from you.

11. Suspension and deletion

Bookflow may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings or by writing to info@bookflow.it.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer users, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
